2009 Pinellas Trail Skate Sometimes
everything just falls into place and and that's what happened
for the 2009 Pinellas Trail Skate. Everyone just pitched in and made the
2009 Pinellas Trail Skate a Wonderful Success.
Thanks go out to all that helped but especially to Gene Cook, Gastavo
Martinez, Jeff Bigham, Willi, Kyle, Suzanne, Dee and Bill Jacksons.
I think everyone had a grand time. I didn't hear a single complaint, just
happy people having a good time. Every time I try and count how many people
came to what I get a different answer. As close as I can tell, here's how
many came to what: Thursday Night Skate - 30 people, Friday Upper Tampa Bay
Trail Skate - 22 people, Friday Night Social at Bill Jacksons -- 70 people,
Saturday Full + Half Trail Skate - 80 people, Saturday Happy Hour at Fergs -
65 people, Saturday Night Dinner at Joe's Crab Shack -20 people, Sunday
Skate at Clearwater Beach - 26 people. I don't know about anyone else but my
right knee still hurts from having so much fun.
